2011 has been an amazing year for K-Pop, as it’s witnessed an explosive international growth unprecedented in its long history. Before we move on to embrace the bright potential of 2012, allkpop will be holding its second annual allkpop Awards to determine this year’s most outstanding artists!
Fans can vote as many times as they like over the course of the awards voting period, but to ensure that the results are achieved in a fair manner, only one vote per category per day will be counted.
