[JYJ] JYJ's company, C-Jes Entertainment planned to sue Dispatch


 

Earlier this month, local media outlet "Dispatch" released a controversial audio file of JYJ members claiming to physically and verbally abusing "sasaeng" fans. On March 20th, Dispatch released what they claimed to be a full version of a the original audio file.

A total of 11 accounts of violence and 78 accounts of swearing of JYJ member Kim Jaejoong are reportedly can be heard in the audio clip. They also claim that they have interviewed 20 other sasaeng fans who have given testimonials about the members hitting fans.

JYJ's agency, C-JeS Entertainment stood up immediately after the release of the file and the article, and planned to sue Dispatch for defamation and invasion of privacy.

According to a representative of the agency, "Dispatch published these malicious articles specifically to hurt the members of JYJ. We have decided to take legal actions because we could no longer sit and watch these defamatory articles."

"The members of JYJ are still trying to recover from Park Yoochun’s father’s passing, and we simply cannot understand why anyone would want to release such things during this time", the rep added.
