[T-ARA] Difference between Jiyeon with and without eyeliner
On the photo, they compared the bare face Jiyeon and Jiyeon wearing eye make up. She looks both pretty and boasts innocent charms at both but you can really see the difference in her eyes with and without eyeliner. When she wears eyeliner its as if it does magic on her face and enhances her eyes.
